Geile/Leon Wins 2 Telly Awards

Geile/Leon Marketing Communications has won two Telly awards for excellence in commercial broadcast creation. The Telly Awards, which celebrate its 30th anniversary this year, honor the very best local, regional and cable television commercials and programs, as well as the finest video and film productions, and work created for the Web.
"Walk For Water", a commercial produced to publicize a 4-mile fundraising walk that reflects the journey taken by women and children in underdeveloped countries every day to retrieve water for daily needs, garnered a silver Telly.
Geile/Leon also picked up a bronze Telly for "Patient Thinking", a commercial for St. Louis-based Metro Imaging, a leading provider of full-service outpatient diagnostic imaging services. Telly Award judges reviewed over 13,000 entries from the finest ad agencies, production companies, TV stations, cable companies, and corporations around the world before making their award selections.
